Prakash Advani, Chairman and Managing Director

Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of Adnet Infosystems (I) PVT Ltd and its subsidiaries in the UK and USA. Prakash started the company and it is his vision, drive and motivation that has steered the company from its inception. He continues to actively provide guidance and direction to the management team and is instrumental in forging the path ahead.

Prior to moving to India and starting Adnet he was based in Sri Lanka as CEO of Advani Investments. The holding company owns a 5 star hotel, garment factories and a publicly quoted real estate company. He successfully built and operated the hotel, oversaw the day to day financial activities of the factories and turned around the sick publicly quoted company to bring in a return on investment of over a 125% in 18months. He was educated in the UK and started his career in the family owned Finance Corporation having its Merchant Banking arm in London. Prakash is fond of watching and playing Polo and Rugby. His position on the board of the family trust allows him to contribute towards many philanthropic activities in India.

Shriniket Chitre, Chief Executive Officer

Niket joined Adnet at the early stages of it's business when Adnet was a tiny operations & was more into the phase of implementing the business model. With his roots in the domains of Finance & Business Management, Niket is credited for creating a sound launching pad for Adnet's operations & then also capitalizing on the same to venture into all the domains of Visual Post Production viz. Still Images, Stock Footages, Movie Post Production & CGI. Niket has led Adnet to it's impressive organic growth from a scratch & also been instrumental in Adnet's strategic investment in ICO VFX LLC, LA, California for achieving inorganic growth into the domain of movie VFX & 2D to 3D conversion. Niket is responsible running of all of Adnet's businesses & thus is reported into by the functions including Operations, Marketing & Sales, Client Servicing and also Corporate office functions consisting of Finance and HR.

In Adnet, Niket is known to be a enthusiastic & participative leader & excellent team player. He is credited with creating a dedicated "home grown management" team over last 7 years that strongly supports Adnet organization chart today.

Vinayak Kulkarni, Vice President – Business & Operations

Vinayak is responsible for Adnet’s operations in India. He provides operational leadership to all service lines and is responsible for all deliveries, support services and pre-sales activities. Vinayak additionally heads IT infrastructure support team.

Vinayak joined Adnet in July 2010 with a view to strengthen Management hands as Adnet charted a course for explosive growth in 2011. As a result, he spends considerable time in evolving company assets (i.e. people, knowledge, processes and infrastructure) to make them conducive to growth. Vinayak comes with a rich 16 + years background in IT and IT enabled services industry and has managed profit centers with headcounts exceeding 100. He is very excited about leveraging the best practices he learned while working in highly structured IT and consulting environments and make them a part of Adnet’s way of doing business. Vinayak is well traveled, spending almost half of his 16 years career in USA/UK and thus understands the culture, priorities and expectations of companies based there. Prior to Adnet, Vinayak was Delivery Head for SAARC region in Patni Computer Systems, India.

Vinayak is married to Vaishali and has a son. He is passionate about trekking outdoors, reading and Indian classical music.

Neetha Ranjith, Sr. Manager - Keywording & BOS

Neetha heads the Keywording Department at Adnet. In addition to this, she also heads the Back Office Services that Adnet has recently introduced.

She is responsible for understanding the requirement from clients, submitting pilots, negotiating rates and timely deliveries. Though Neetha joined Adnet in Dec 2005 as an Executive Assistant to COO, she took over various responsibilities to help him in his operational duties & proved herself to be a good Operations Manager. It was then she was given independent responsibility of a service line of Adnet (Keywording & Search Data Services). Recently Adnet launched new Service Line; Back Office Services (BOS) which was added to Neetha’s portfolio.

Basically a Commerce Graduate, Neetha is currently pursuing the Executive MBA course from one of India’s well known Institutes, Prin. L.N. Wellingkar Institute of Management Development & Research.

Siddhesh Deorukhkar, Sr. Manager - Stills

Siddhesh is responsible for Adnet’s creative department in India. Siddhesh additionally heads scanning department and is responsible for all deliveries and support services related to all Creative imagery & scanning activities.

Siddhesh is working with Adnet from Jan 2005. He is started his carrier as a processor and now he became as Manager-Creative Services. He is interested to apply his thoughts in scientific manner and for this particular purpose his is doing executive MBA from one of the India’s well known institute i.e. Prin. L.N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research.

He always likes challenges and he has successfully completed almost every assigned tasks. He believes that; working in Enthusiastic environment is very essential tool for development and he always tries to maintain the same in Adnet.

He is crazy about Music and he likes to watch Hollywood action movies in spare time. Recently Siddhesh is married to Amruta and now he is living ‘Happy Married Life’.

Shrikant Dake, Sr. Manager - Motion

As a manager Shrikant leads ‘Motion’ service line and owns all activities under the services of Rotoscoping and Depth-grading. He is responsible for prominent activities like planning the production workflows, meeting client’s requirements, creating project schedule, communicating and coordinating with clients, providing quotations and keeping track of final deliveries.

Shrikant has pursued Commercial Art Diploma from one of Mumbai’s well known institute “L.S. Raheja School of Art”. He joined Adnet in 2006 as an Image processor, and within few years rose to Managerial ranks. His soft spoken, understanding nature blended with assertive posture makes him a natural leader and helps him to maintain excellent relations with his team & customers as well.

He is passionate about Music and loves watching Hollywood movies in spare time.

Priya Bhoir, Sr. Manager – Creative Editing & CGI

Priya holds Commercial Art Diploma from Mumbai’s well known institute “L.S. Raheja School of Art”. She started her career in Adnet in 2005 as an image processor.

She is responsible for Adnet’s Creative Editing department in India and additionally heads CGI department. She is also responsible for all deliveries and support services related to Creative Edits & CGI activities.

Training the team up to the perfection, understanding client’s requirements, providing price quotes, planning production strategy are some of the key roles she is responsible for.
